I ordered the seafood pizza which had scallops, shrimp, and mussels. Vanie was the best! She took my food and drink order and her customer service was great. She checked on me and made sure I got what I needed. Maria took my drink order and she very nice. The adults only side was pretty crowed when I got there. It was easy to find a beach chair in the shade and much quieter than you would expect. I mostly stayed on the kids side (Iguana Beach) because there was more space and lots of flamingos over there. You will need quarters to get food for the flamingos, but the restaurant will give you change and cup. The island is lovely and I enjoyed feeding the flamingos and basking in the sun. The boat took us to the private island where we could roam freely to enjoy the beach, flamingos, and iguanas. ![]() I checked in at the spa at the Renaissance Hotel and then a boat picked us up inside of the hotel. I booked it about 2 weeks in advance and was lucky there was an opening during my stay. I booked an outdoor massage which also gave me access to Renaissance Island, lunch, and a drink which came out to $205. ![]() I didn't stay at the hotel so I had to book a massage or get a day pass in order to access the island.
